Hourly support for one appointment, letter, or task. €75 per hour, two-hour minimum. Video or in person in Dresden.
For a housing-heavy search, several appointments, company relocation, or another scope we need to shape first. Tell us what you need and we will propose a clear scope and price by email. The order becomes binding only after payment, and no work starts until then. Where hourly support fits, the rate is €75 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

For in-person meetings, travel and waiting time within Dresden count as support time. Appointments outside the city can be arranged separately. If your move needs a large amount of additional research, repeated third-party contact, many property viewings, or ongoing support beyond the priorities we agree, we will simply discuss the best next step with you before doing extra work.
Yes. Focused hourly support is available at €75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. You can book Additional Support directly for a specific appointment, practical language support, help understanding an official letter, or another focused administrative task. The same hourly rate can also apply when we agree hourly work as part of a custom scope, or if you need more support after a package. For in-person meetings, travel and waiting time within Dresden count as support time. If you need broader, ongoing, housing-focused, or company relocation support, we will suggest a clear custom scope and price before beginning.
That is completely fine. We can continue with hourly support at €75 per hour, or agree a tailored scope if your next steps need a more focused or ongoing plan. We will always discuss the best option with you before doing work outside the original package.

If you need a dedicated property search, repeated viewing support, or a more intensive housing-focused service, we can discuss a tailored scope.
Yes. If you continue with Soft Landing or Soft Landing Family within 90 days of your Smart Start session, we apply €100 of your Smart Start fee to that package. Confirm by email within those 90 days. Because Soft Landing already includes the orientation and roadmap, we do not start that part from scratch. We refresh it lightly and move faster into the practical support. The credit can be used once per client or household.
